Hours of Operation- Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am to 6:30pm  APPOINTMENT ONLY
Sunday and Monday Appointments are available by reservation only. A two week notice is required along with a non-refundable  $65.00 service charge to secure  your appointment time. If notice is less than two weeks a service fee of $100.00 will be required. Be sure to make the time of your appointment most convenient for you since service charges are non-refundable and are made at the booking of your reservation . Service charges are additional to cost of procedure and only apply to Sunday, Monday appointments.

Professional Consultations- $25 charge, applied towards first treatment

Reservations– Beauty Boutique dose not accept walk-ins. We work by appointment only and for this reason get booked up fast. Last minute reservations are rare so please plan ahead  to assure availability. Please note – For First time clients, when booking a full set of eyelash extensions, we require a valid credit card number to ensure your reservation.Without a credit card number a reservation will NOT be made. No Charges will be made to credit card unless you are a “no show” or cancel last minute. See Cancellation Policy below

Late Arrivals– Late Arrivals will not receive time extensions in consideration to clients who have arrived on time. Full price will still be applied so make sure your on time!

Cancellations– As a courtesy we require a 24-hour notice for ALL cancellations. Cancellations less then 24 hours will be charged a non refundable 50% price of cancelled or missed services. The amount charged will be issued as a credit, ONLY if new reservation is made within a two week period. If reservation is not made within two week period, credit will no longer be available and client will have to pay full price for future reservation.  

Payments- we accept Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover 

Gratuities– Gratuities are not included in any service. To make it easier for our clients, when paying with credit card we have a gratuities chart on receipt from 10 to 20 % and may be given at your discretion. All gratuities are greatly appreciated!

Guest must be 16 years of age or older. Anyone younger than 16 must be accompanied by parent.

Children–Keep in mind eyelash extension procedure may take up to 2 and half hours with your eyes closed so please make arrangements for your children. Same with other services. This time is all about you!
